Tim is the founder of Sheather’s Painting, starting the business in 2012 from painting one home a week to having a team of over 20 painters and office staff, Tim’s ability to create a loyal and hardworking team of painters means you know your always getting the best service and advice.

Tim has grown his team to be one of the largest painting companies in regional NSW and is dedicated to service and giving the best possible product we can.

No job is too big or to small for Tim and he is more then happy to project manage other trades to get the job done.

Position: Operations Manager/Estimator

Richard is a fantastic asset to Sheather Group as he will be monitoring the jobs, ensuring Health & Safety on every job, quoting new works, ordering paints and making sure the quality of the jobs is high.
Richard will be ensuring that each and every job is carried out to the highest possible standards.
Richard makes sure all jobs are running smoothly, on time and that the customer has a point of contact throughout the whole process. Communication is always key!

Mat has been in the painting industry for 17 Years and with Sheather Group since 2021. Mat is an amazing asset to our management team specialising in new homes, repaints and commercial works, His attention to detail and communication with clients is second to none. Mat is always up for discussing your painting needs and different options for your project. Mat is very highly skilled in running large jobs from the quoting stage to the very end of your project.

Bruce has over 40 years experience in the painting industry, Bruce makes sure all jobs are running smoothly, on time and that the customer has another point of contact throughout the whole process. Bruce has been with Sheather group now since 2016.

Kyle has been with Sheather Group for over 7 years and in the painting industry for over 10 years. Kyle specialises in repaints and commercial painting, He is a valuable member to our team and can discuss any of your ideas or painting needs. Kyle has a go to attitude and will make sure his projects are completed to our standards.

Cooper has been with Sheather group since 2022 and has 8 years painting experience, Cooper is a great asset to our team, his attention to detail and communication is second to none. Cooper will give you great advice and help with any questions you may have about painting or the job.
